Accounts Manager (Thailand)

As an Accounts Manager, you will manage full set of account for Thailand entity and Bangladesh Rep Office and consolidate both monthly accounting books. Oversee Thailand & Bangladesh accounting related matters and prepare monthly tasks and submit monthly Financial Reports and Rep Office's budget control sheet to Singapore Office Accounts Team.

Job Summary:

  • Manage full set of account for Thailand entity and Bangladesh Rep Office and consolidate both monthly accounting books.
  • Overview and prepare monthly accounting tasks (EG: Management Accounts with Financial Reports and Journal Voucher etc.) and submit monthly Financial Reports and Rep Office’s budget control sheet to Singapore Office Accounts Team).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full set of account for Thailand entity and Bangladesh Rep Office and consolidate both monthly accounting books independently.
  • Oversee Thailand & Bangladesh accounting related matters.
  • Preparation of relevant monthly reports (EG: Cash Simulation and Forecast Report, Japan FS Report, Cash Flow Report etc.).
  • Credit Control for Thailand & Bangladesh customers.
  • Manage, review AR (invoicing) and calculating service fee related matters.
  • Manage, review AP and/or prepare payment to all vendors (local and foreign vendor) via bank and/or cash.
  • Checker or custodian of petty cash in Thailand.
  • Reviewing local & Bangladesh staff reimbursement via Unit4 claim module.
  • Prepare monthly Thailand entity & Bangladesh Rep Office’s Budget Control Sheet and submit to Singapore Accounts Team directly.
  • Manage all mandatory monthly, quarterly or yearly submission to authorities (EG: Corporate Tax – PND 50 / PND 51, VAT, Withholding Tax submission etc.).
  • Audit and tax preparation is required.
  • Manage and submission documentation to local bank and authorities when required.
  • Liaise with local and foreign consultant for accounts, tax, corporate secretary and/or other administrative tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc jobs assigned or queries by the superior or Hochiki team member.



Knowledge/Skill requirements:

  • Full set of accounts with consolidation book knowledge
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting software is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently and teamwork in multi-department organization.

 

 

Education requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in accounting
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in related field is preferred.


Other Requirements:

  • Travelling to Singapore, Bangladesh (if require)
