DCV-A135-U-WI Description

The DCV Series of fixed temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors are suited for installation where high heat output fires are expected or in areas where ambient conditions do not allow the use of other detection methods.
Heat detectors are intended for protection of property. Do not rely on heat detectors for life safety protection.

DCV-A135-U-WI Features & Specifications 

Heat detectors shall be spaced and installed in accordance with NFPA 72, the UL Listed spacing requirements, and the rules and regulations set forth by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction.
For areas where ambient temperatures do not exceed 117°F, the DCV-A135-U-W may be used.
For areas where ambient temperatures do not exceed 122°F, the DCV-A190-U-W may be used.

Operating Voltage Range: 15 to 33 VDC
Inrush Current: 160 μA (Max) at 24 volts
Normal Standby Current: 35 μA (Max) at 24 volts / 36 μA (Max) at 33 volts
Alarm Current: 150 mA (Max)
Current to Hold in Alarm: 5 mA (Min)
