Seraphin Waste to Energy Plant

Hochiki is proud to play a role in protecting the Seraphin Waste to Energy Plant

With global warming on the rise, Vietnam authorities have been putting in continuous efforts in waste reduction management and turning them into new energies. To be funded by multiple sources, the Seraphin Waste-to-Energy plant covering 2.5 hectares at the Xuan Son solid waste treatment facility, equipped with European technology, will get a treatment capacity of 1,500-2,000 tons daily and an electricity production capacity of 37 MW. Construction for this project is likely to be completed in 20 months.

Location: Vietnam

Application: Waste Treatment Facility

Industry: Industrial

Amaccao Corporation, the main investor in this project, said the plant would utilize European technology to burn trash and use the heat for electricity production. They have shifted their focus towards treating waste using technology in recent years, considering it a resource for recycling for generating energy. This results in a boost in economic growth and environmental protection.

Protected using Hochiki's 10 loop L@titude Fire Alarm Panel and over 900 addressable points (Smoke, Heat & Beam Detectors) with integration to various services throughout the building, the plant is competent in protecting and ensuring the safety of their staff and day-to-day occupants. Hochiki is proud to play a role in the project, addressing global warming concerns.
