Spanning across an area of over 6,000 sq meters of land, this building comprises of 5 stories and a utility roof top. Hochiki being awarded for the Fire Alarm System work completed the Project over 5 phases on-site supervision in a duration of 5 years with ongoing A&A works. All in all, 16 nodes/panels with 9 mimic cards, over 3000 addressable points within the building, integration of suppression (inert gas) and water sprinkler systems and a monitoring graphic controller in the FCC (Fire Command Center) room.
A big plus with Hochiki products is how simple they are to install – its why many project developers and contractors have become our go-to supplier for the past years. Many manufacturers only offer hardware solutions, and for locations such as data centers, schools and commercial buildings, keeping the installation simple and reducing on-site time is a huge win as this helps ultimately to reduce the disruption to both staffs, and their day-to-day occupants.
