Hochiki Asia Pacific - Team Bonding 2026

To encourage informal interactions and bridge connections among our teams from across the regions, Team Bonding 2026 was held in the breathtaking landscapes of Bali, Indonesia. Recognized as Bali’s cultural heart and surrounded by dense jungles and emerald rice terraces, Ubud provided the perfect, relaxing atmosphere to boost employee well-being and inspire collaboration.

 

Our President of HAP, Mochizuki-san, shared inspiring words on why building strong, cohesive teams serves as the definitive backbone of our corporate growth, while our HODs gave an inside look at the updates and milestones across their departments.

 

Through water rafting, we tackled the Ayung River, building trust with each other as we navigated the river rapids while taking in the exotic natural scenery and waterfalls along the way. The experience truly tested our resilience; despite the physical challenges faced during the steep descent to the river and the trek back up, the entire team refused to give up. Uplifting encouragement echoed throughout the group, with swifter climbers staying back to cheer on and support those who were struggling.

 

Our journey concluded with a lively farewell dinner party featuring a live DJ. We enjoyed a fantastic spread of food and drinks, eventually creating our own vibrant dance floor.

 

By communicating better, we support each other better—moving forward as a stronger, more unified team to achieve One Hochiki. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Team Bonding event!
