Job Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will play an important role to grow Hochiki business by providing added value to our partners.
You will research, identify, and prospect for new projects by initial proposing of product direction and guidance to potential clients with suitable solutions.
To be successful, you will work closely with Sales team and coordinate with other teams as well such as Technical and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities

- Expand & create Hochiki brand awareness in Indonesia market, focusing on Java and potential Kalimantan region.
- Get specification to consultant and an approval from developer.
- Identify project leads; build project pipeline and share it with Sales team and keep track of it.
- Visit Developer, Consultants and Main Contractors to offer appropriate product direction at design stages to customer’s need.
- Develop market insights via surveying of market trend, product demand, market players.
- Attend events and conferences to promote Hochiki.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
- Knowledge/Skill requirement
- An understanding of Construction/Mechanical, Electrical, Plumping, Fire Protection (MEPF) industry and their network.
- Business acumen sense and strong communication, presentation skills as a consulting aim.
- Good analytical skills, result driven and highly influencing.
- Able to hunt for new project and new market opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork in multi-department organisation.
- Education/Experience requirements
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business/economics
- Having sales/business development experience in Construction/MEPF sector, ideally in fire protection industry.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Offices
- Experience with BCI Project Lead and other project bidding portals is a Plus
- Station in Jakarta but local travelling is required, especially to targeted regions.
